Who is Bakr?

Born and raised in the Midwest, I took a leap of faith and relocated to the Pacific Northwest after being laid off in 2017. This pivotal moment challenged me to grow personally and professionally, ultimately redefining my career path.

Throughout my career, I’ve held a variety of roles across industries such as retail, nonprofit, and tech. Most recently, while working in the tech industry, I found myself battling burnout, anxiety, and a deep sense of unfulfillment. I realized I wasn’t just lacking passion—I was craving purpose and clarity. This led me to look inward and truly ask myself: What am I here to do?

Through deep reflection, I recognized a common thread in the moments when I felt most alive—helping others navigate challenges and overcome stress. Witnessing people break free from worry and step into their potential fuels me like nothing else. I know firsthand what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, stuck, and uncertain about the future, and I’m committed to helping others reclaim their energy, confidence, and sense of direction.

Every life experience I’ve had has led me to this exact moment. Coaching isn’t just something I do—it’s who I am. I believe everyone has a unique gift, and I want to help people not only discover that gift but also move past stress and self-doubt to share it boldly with the world.

On a personal note, I keep things simple. As an introvert, I love unwinding with a good movie, but if I’m not on the couch, you’ll find me playing video games, golfing, or at the gym. I’m a lifelong learner and a nerd for human development.

I look forward to connecting with you and hearing your story.
