Born and raised in the Midwest, I took a leap of faith and relocated to the Pacific Northwest after being laid off in 2017. This allowed me to grow personally and professionally, and ultimately catapulted my career.

I've held a variety of roles throughout my career in numerous industries, including retail, non profit, and tech. Most recently, I was working in the tech industry and found myself lacking passion, purpose, and inspiration. This gave me the opportunity to look inward and identify what I was put on this planet to do.

After some reflection, I recognized that the common thread amongst moments I felt most fulfilled in my career involved helping others. Seeing others tap into their true potential lights a fire in me.

Every life experience I've had has led me to this exact moment. I discovered coaching wasn't something I wanted to do, but it was someone who I wanted to be.

I truly believe that everyone has a gift and I want to help people identify that gift, and encourage them to share that gift with the world.

On a more personal perspective, I love to keep things simple. I’m an introvert and nothing beats watching a good movie. If I'm not on the couch, you can find me playing video games, golfing, or at the gym. I'm a lifelong learner who is a nerd for human development.
